Using your TowPro Recovery Strap is easy. First, if you haven't already - read our Frequently Asked Questions for safety tips & facts that you need to know before using this strap. Return to this page only after you have read those questions.
Step 1: Secure one of the looped ends to a tow hook, winch, or d-ring shackle on the vehicle that will be recovering the other (the vehicle pulling).
Step 2: Make sure the loop is securely fastened around your hook/shackle, and there are no loose components.
Step 3: Repeat the first two steps on the vehicle that will be recovered (vehicle being pulled).
Step 4: when both looped ends are secure to each vehicle, you are ready to recover! Always use caution and be mindful of your surroundings when in a recovery situation. Make sure to stay safe - and have fun!
